In July, we walked into Durham with a simple goal: build something real with one of the most respected programs in the country. We got to sit down with Coach Moose and the Duke staff, talked baseball, talked culture, and talked about what elite actually demands when the lights are on and the game speeds up. That visit was a detailed process that pushed our design team and raised our standard.
After that trip, we went back to work and lived in the details for months. Sketches, samples, revisions, debates over small changes that most people would never notice but players feel immediately. We weren’t trying to make another “college collab.” We were building a collection that looks like confidence and performs like it belongs in the ACC. That’s how CodeBlue was born.
CodeBlue is our most hype collection yet, but the hype is earned. This drop is built around performance upgrades that matter when you’re playing at a high level. For the first time, we created a double strap elbow guard. The goal was simple, make it fit almost any arm without feeling stiff or awkward. The result is a guard that stays secure, flexes with you, and molds to the player’s shape over time. It’s the kind of fit that feels personal, because it is.
We also reimagined our leg guard. If you’ve ever had a guard shift while you’re running the bases, you already know how annoying that is and how quickly it becomes a performance issue. CodeBlue adds velcro to better secure the guard so it holds up through aggressive baserunning and the demands of high-level college baseball. It’s built to stay put when you’re moving fast and playing hard.
And then there’s the sliding mitt. This one speaks for itself. The design is the sickest look in all of college baseball, and we don’t say that lightly. The only thing that even competes with it is our Cal Bear design from last year, Claws Up. CodeBlue is different though. It’s sharper. Louder in the right way. Clean and ruthless at the same time. It looks like what it feels like to show up in a big moment and expect to win.
This is CodeBlue. Built from a real trip, real conversations, and months of obsession over the details.
The CodeBlue Collection drops Friday, February 20th at 12pm CT on Goat’d. Set your reminder. When it’s gone, it’s gone.
