At Goat’d, we work hard to get every order out quickly and delivered safely.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. During launches, restocks, limited drops, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Timeframes
Estimated shipping times begin after your order has been processed.
Domestic shipping times typically range from 2–7 business days depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.
Please note that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control.
Limited Drops and High-Demand Releases
Because Goat’d often releases limited products in small quantities, shipping times may be extended during major drops. We appreciate your patience during these periods and will always work to get your order out as fast as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout. Goat’d is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at the time of purchase.
If you realize there is an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been placed.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update after the label is created.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Goat’d is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed off to the shipping carrier. If your package appears lost or is marked as delivered but cannot be found, we recommend contacting the carrier directly first.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
International Shipping
If Goat’d offers international shipping, delivery times will vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated as part of a promotion.
